Rising Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the processes for our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Procurement Management: Assisting in overseeing stock levels, ensuring accurate records, and coordinating restocking.
  2. Shipping and Receiving: Assisting in handling incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation like invoices and packing lists.
  3. Transportation Coordination: Assisting in planning and managing the movement of goods, whether by road, sea, or air.
  4. Warehouse Operations: Assisting in supervising storage, packing, and distribution of goods.
  5. Customer Support: Assisting in providing updates on shipments and addressing any logistical concerns.
  6. Process Improvement: Assisting in analysing supply chain processes to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
  7. Document Management: Filing and organising documents; ensuring that physical and electronic files are properly categorised and stored.
  8. Data Entry: Inputting and maintaining accurate records in databases or systems.
  9. Document Preparation: Assisting in the creation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  10. Project Assistance: Coordinating tasks, monitoring project timelines, and providing administrative support to ensure project milestones are met.
