What you’ll be doing
  • Procurement Management: Assisting in overseeing stock levels, ensuring accurate records, and coordinating restocking.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Assisting in handling incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation like invoices and packing lists.
  • Transportation Coordination: Assisting in planning and managing the movement of goods, whether by road, sea, or air.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assisting in supervising storage, packing, and distribution of goods.
  • Customer Support: Assisting in providing updates on shipments and addressing any logistical concerns.
  • Process Improvement: Assisting in analysing supply chain processes to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
  • Document Management
    • Filing and organizing documents: Ensuring that physical and electronic files are properly categorized and stored.
    • Data entry: Inputting and maintaining accurate records in databases or systems.
    • Document preparation: Assisting in the creation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Project Assistance
    • Coordinating tasks: Assisting in the execution of internal projects and ensuring timelines are met.
