A prominent insurance agency in Singapore is seeking a dedicated candidate to process insurance claims, assist customers with inquiries, and manage policy proposals. The ideal candidate should possess relevant Health and Personal General Insurance certificates, have effective communication skills, and be comfortable in a digital work environment. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, with occasional off-site meetings.
1. Process Insurance Claims
Attend to customers’ claim requests and be able to advise on admissibility of claims.
Submit claims to insurer and monitor claim process
2. Attend to customers’ requests and orders
Attend to customers’ enquiries and proposals via email, whatsapp and phone calls, and to ensure all proposals are in good order
3. Process all policy proposals
Enter all proposals into the in-house IT system and ensure accuracy of all information
4. Issuance of policies and liaise with MOM
Ensure all customers get a copy of the policies that are issued. At the end of each day, transmit all policies to MOM.
5. Assist Finance Manager in invoicing
Provide the necessary reports that the finance team require to invoice the customers. To assist finance team in credit control.
Candidate is expected to have the following:
10am-7pm on Mon-Fri. 10am-1pm on Sat.
Will be WFH. However, will have to meet off-site once a week for updates and reviews.
Also, if the company’s operations expands and it decides to look for an office location, will then have to work in office. Expected office location will be in Bt Timah area if necessary.
