Job summary

A Singaporean company is seeking an Admin & Billing Executive to manage office operations and billing functions. Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Billing Executive to handle administrative and billing functions within the company. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounts and operations team to ensure smooth business workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document control, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, courier arrangements, and staff administrative matters.
  • Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and HR-related needs.
Billing & Invoicing
  • Generate and issue invoices, credit notes, and delivery orders accurately and on time.
  • Verify billing details against supporting documents such as purchase orders, job sheets, or delivery notes.
  • Track payments and coordinate with clients and the accounts team on outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain and update billing records in accounting or ERP systems.
  • Assist in monthly account reconciliations and audit requirements.
Other Duties
  • Support management in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
Requirements

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday alternate, 8.30 AM – 12.30 PM or 11.00 AM – 3.00 PM
