A charitable organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage donor-related enquiries, maintain databases, and assist with event coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and strong communication skills, with the capacity to start immediately. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful community initiatives.
The incumbent serves as a point of contact for donations related enquiries, maintain database, perform data entry, handling and documentation of donations and donor related correspondences and reports.
The position will also assist with coordination of event related tasks, manage follow up to ensure prompt response and service delivery and provide assistance to team members as and when required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, team worker, organised, responsive, positive attitude and able to prioritize workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferably able to commence work immediately or within a short notice. Candidates with at least 3 years experience in providing administrative/operations/customer service support will have an advantage
