A property management company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer. The role involves preparing monthly billing, processing invoices, and managing car park administration. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and O-level qualifications with credits in English and Mathematics. The position may require reception duties and logistics management. Competitive compensation offered.
Prepare Monthly Billing, raise Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders, and route e‑sign invoice for approval
Processing of invoices, creating of payment summary and petty cash
Perform reception duty for Management Office and assist with concierge duties (visitor management) where required
Responsible for maintenance of Management Office logistics – photo copier, water dispensers, stationeries, refreshments, dry cleaning of uniform
Use Yardi system to create work orders or feedback received from tenants or members of public and reply to these feedback
Generate Yardi reports and send retail shop opening hours checklist weekly
Prepare monthly management report
Prepare tenants maintenance and insurance records submission
Any other duties assigned by the Manager and supervisors
Minimum O-level with credits in English and Mathematics;
Minimum 2 years of general and managing car park administrative experience; &
