Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Society Membership Accounts (e.g., yearly membership renewal package, yearly membership termination, membership fees and membership type conversion when applicable)
- Manage payable and receivable transactions for the Society.
- Provide timely response and assistance to queries and requests from customers, members and the public, which may include answering calls and emails.
- Help with administrative and logistical matters to ensure the smooth operations of the PSS Secretariat.
- Support activities organized by the Society including Continuing Professional Education (CPE) talks, the Singapore‑Pharmacy Congress and Pharmacy Week.
- Monitor and follow up on projects.
- Ensure proper documentation of all records.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as may be assigned by the Manager and Council.
Requirements
- Min O Level education.
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks.
