  • Monitor and follow up on projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all records.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the Society Membership Accounts (e.g., yearly membership renewal package, yearly membership termination, membership fees and membership type conversion when applicable)
  • Manage payable and receivable transactions for the Society.
  • Provide timely response and assistance to queries and requests from customers, members and the public, which may include answering calls and emails.
  • Help with administrative and logistical matters to ensure the smooth operations of the PSS Secretariat.
  • Support activities organized by the Society including Continuing Professional Education (CPE) talks, the Singapore‑Pharmacy Congress and Pharmacy Week.
  • Monitor and follow up on projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all records.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as may be assigned by the Manager and Council.

  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
