Responsibilities include handling communications, preparing sales documents, and ensuring office organization. Minimum O Level required; administrative experience is preferred.   • Position : Admin Assistant (Sales Support/Quotation) - Training Provided (Tampines)
  • Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2500 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Manufacturer for Engineering Products
Responsibilities
  • Handles incoming phone calls, fax and e-mail messages.
  • Ensure that there is administrative support available to all the employees at any point in time.
  • Prepare and manage Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Goods Receive Note, etc.
  • Prepare & follow up action items from outstanding sales
  • Clean up data entry of projects and follow up action items
  • Ensure all files are organised
  • Key in bills in purchase tracking book
  • Scanning, filing and ensure all files are organised
  • Ensures that the office is kept tidy and well organized at all times (Stocking up on pantry & stationeries)
  • All Adhoc administrative works where applicable
Requirements
  • Min O Level
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Training will be provided
