- Position: Admin Assistant- Sales Support (INVOICE/PURCHASE ORDER)
- Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) -WFH 1 DAY PER WEEK
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + PB
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Manufacturer of marine products (MNC)
Main Responsibilities:
- Process new sales order leads (Customer's Purchase Orders and Sales Team Quotation to create job number from Navision)
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and the clients
- Provide data and reports to help the sales team
- To monitor pending orders in system and provide complete delivery instruction logistics team for delivery arrangement
- Assist sales managers to raise PR
- Answering sales phone calls
- Filling documents and general office duties
- Ad-hoc duties as tasked
Requirements:
- Min A level/Diploma in Office Skills.
- At least 1-2 years experience in related field
- Must be PC literate (Microsoft Office)
- Candidate familiar with Navision is added advantage
