Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant - Sales Support to handle sales order processing and general office duties. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Navision is a plus. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary up to $3000 monthly, plus AWS and PB.

  • Min A level/Diploma in Office Skills.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in related field.
  • Must be PC literate (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

  • Process new sales order leads.
  • Manage correspondence between sales team and clients.
  • Provide data and reports for sales team.
  • Monitor pending orders for delivery arrangements.
  • Assist sales managers with PR.
  • Answer sales phone calls.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description
  • Position: Admin Assistant- Sales Support (INVOICE/PURCHASE ORDER)
  • Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
  • Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) -WFH 1 DAY PER WEEK
  • Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + PB
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Manufacturer of marine products (MNC)
Main Responsibilities:
  • Process new sales order leads (Customer's Purchase Orders and Sales Team Quotation to create job number from Navision)
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and the clients
  • Provide data and reports to help the sales team
  • To monitor pending orders in system and provide complete delivery instruction logistics team for delivery arrangement
  • Assist sales managers to raise PR
  • Answering sales phone calls
  • Filling documents and general office duties
  • Ad-hoc duties as tasked
Requirements:
  • Min A level/Diploma in Office Skills.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in related field
  • Must be PC literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Candidate familiar with Navision is added advantage
