Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join us! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, interacting with different people like parents, children and package holders and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors
  • Handle phone calls/whatsapp, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage class schedules and registrations
  • Process payments and maintain records
  • Assist with basic admin tasks and company organization
  • Support coaches and staff with day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Must be willing to work over the weekends
  • Must be available to commit to extended working hours during scheduled events (involves packing/unpacking).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, booking software is a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Able to perform ad-hoc duties as necessary
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Prior admin or receptionist experience is a bonus but not required
