Position : Admin Assistant (Project Supporting/Simple Duties) – Up to $3,200 + AWS

Location : East – Ubi (Near MRT)

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary : Up to $3,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers and the site team.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute key project documents (e.g., progress reports, purchase orders, meeting minutes).
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and liaising with suppliers or vendors for quotations and deliveries.
  • Support preparation of project progress claims, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments (accounts, HR) and external parties (suppliers, clients) for simple assistance duties.
  • Assist with tracking project timelines, progress claims, and delivery schedules.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Nitec with at least one year of relevant working experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only speak Mandarin.
