Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties.
- Prepare letters and other documents.
- Manage travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar.
- Assist with expense claims.
- Manning incoming calls and directing them.
- Review contracts for accuracy.
- Coordinate courier deliveries.
- Perform bank deposits.
- Execute other ad-hoc duties.
