A leading HR services firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle various administrative tasks, prepare invoices, and support office operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration. This position offers a salary range of $2,000 to $2,300 and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri : 9am - 6pm
💰 Salary: $2k - $2.3k
Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and related documents
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Assist in updating customer information, job orders, and internal tracking sheets
Coordinate with internal teams on document requirements and follow-ups
Manage email correspondence and attend to basic enquiries
Support day-to-day office operations and any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned
