Job summary

A local employment agency in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support staff member to assist with daily office operations, including preparing documents and managing correspondence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the construction or trading industry, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.   • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist in stock-taking activities.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
