Job Scope – Admin Assistant (Condominium)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, service requests, and complaints, escalating when necessary.

  • Support management in coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and vendor services.
