  • Handle company insurance (workman injury compensation, other medical insurance).
  • Maintain and keep records of recruitment related documents and employee records.
  • Provide administrative support to company events and meetings.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Responsible for course arrangement.
  • Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in visitors.

Job description
☑ Location: MacPherson (Next to MRT Station)
☑ Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (WFH, as and when required)
☑ Salary: From $2400 (Commensurate based on experience)

Job Description:

  • General administrative duties for office up-keeping
  • Handling of company insurance (eg: workman injury compensation, other medical insurance)
  • Maintain and keep good records of recruitment related documents, employee records and documentation for company matters
  • Provide administrative support to company events and meetings, including scheduling, catering.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely re-ordering and maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
  • Responsible for course arrangement
  • Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in visitors
  • Any other given assignment by superior

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Able to start immediately or on a short notice
  • Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business-related courses
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Knowledge of employment act
