Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of working experience in a central kitchen or F&B operations is an added advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining documentation.
  • Monitor and update stock levels, check product expiry, and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Process orders from multiple outlets accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data in the kitchen management system.
  • Work closely with drivers to schedule and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Generate operational reports relating to inventory and dispatch timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Liaise with outlet managers, chefs, and delivery teams to resolve operational issues.
