Job description
Admin Assistant @ Kallang Sector / Up $2700 + Bonus

Duration: 1 year, extendable/convertible

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties
  • Perform processing of electricity supply applications
  • Monitoring of performance statistics
  • Preparation of supply applications performance and remittance report
  • Perform tagging of tenant meters
  • Check and issue service connection quotations
  • Issue payment acknowledgement letters
  • Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply application matters
  • Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals’ enquiries via letter, email and verbal correspondences
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs and Principals.
  • Assist in special projects assigned
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Section
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline from a local Polytechnic with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a positive customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle stress and work under tight timeline
