Admin Assistant
  • Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm ; Friday 9am -6pm
  • Salary: $1600 - $2000
  • Location: Bartley Biz Centre (nearest MRT Kaki Bukit)
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support for company and salesman, handle incoming and outgoing mail for invoicing/SOA/DO and other matters.
  • Collate documents for invoicing and updating the invoicing records.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
  • Apply weekly & monthly safety permit to work.
