Location: Toa Payoh

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to support training coordination, office operations, and basic claims processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable interacting with both internal staff and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a government‑linked organisation in training administration that does not require system access, including:
    • Registering staff for external training courses
    • Preparing documents for training‑related purchase orders
    • Liaising with external training providers
    • Managing staff nominations for training
  • Manage staff access cards, including issuance, updates, and tracking
  • Update and process basic staff claims for information technology expenses and mobile phone usage
  • Coordinate with office equipment vendors, such as beverage machine providers, for ingredient top‑ups and maintenance
Requirements
  • GCE O Levels and above.
