A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Coordinator to manage operations including coordination with government agencies and clients. The candidate should have a diploma in a relevant field, and 1-2 years of experience in IT coordination. Key responsibilities include scheduling projects and maintaining records. A customer-centric mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.

Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.30pm)
Basic salary up $2800 +VB
East area (Kaki Bukit)
Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery, collection, and servicing of IT equipment.
Plan and assign daily delivery or service routes for in-house drivers and IT engineers to support smooth operational flow.
Schedule IT Engineers for on-site, outsourced, and in-house projects (including data erasure, verification, and retrieval tasks).
Work closely with the Sales and IT teams to support after-sales service, client requests, and project backfills.
Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from corporate clients with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records for inventory, assets, and service items, including billing documentation and data entry into internal systems.
Monitor lease expiry dates and prepare timely reminders for renewals or collection.
Prepare and submit monthly reports related to tenders, service performance, and project tracking.
Liaise with suppliers and service partners for part orders, logistics, or technical coordination.
Support management with ad hoc administrative or operational tasks as required.
Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, IT, Computer Studies, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT coordination, administration, or related operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling data, inventory, and reporting systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Organized, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Customer‑centric mindset and a positive attitude towards problem‑solving and teamwork.
Basic technical or IT knowledge is preferred.
