Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office and Admin Assistant to join our client's expanding team. This is a highly hands‑on role supporting day‑to‑day office operations and covering a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, personable and highly motivated, who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the office through managing phone calls and receiving of deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, through managing the internal HR hotline and answering employee enquiries on designated days.
  • Offer back‑up executive assistance to senior leadership as and when required.
  • Provide assistance on basic finance matters such as data entry and financial documentation.
  • Manage ad hoc admin tasks as and when required in the office.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across departments.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar administrative role; fresh graduates with at least a Diploma qualification are also welcome to apply.
  • Driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Meticulous and detail oriented, being comfortable in taking ownership of a variety of office administrative tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfortable with multitasking and attending to multiple priorities at once.
  • Learning oriented, with good communication skills and a natural sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Please note that this role is fully on‑site with 5 days work from office.
