Position Title: Admin Assistant/ General Admin

Working Location: Gul Circle

Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon-Thurs, 8:30AM-6PM; Friday, 8:30AM-5PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and related documentation
  • Source quotations and prepare Purchase Orders for approval
  • Handle examination and course registration processes
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing phone inquiries
  • Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Qualifications
