Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to support senior staff in various tasks including data entry, preparing tax invoices, and liaising with customers and suppliers. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles and be familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with ISO standards is a plus. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior in administrative duties.
  • Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., and monthly inventory.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on orders and deliveries.
  • Attend to walk-in customers.
