  • Oversee and support the full spectrum of sales support, office administration, and accounting activities.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) with accurate costings, assign jobs to contractors, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Liaise closely with the sales team and attend to customer enquiries in a responsive and professional manner.
  • Maintain proper documentation of ROs, POs, shipments, invoices, and tax filings.
  • Perform general data entry and various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Ensure work premises are clean and organized and support ad-hoc duties as assigned.
