A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a responsible individual for their billing process and order management. The role involves coordinating with sales and warehouse teams, ensuring timely deliveries, and handling customer inquiries. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and MYOB, capable of communicating in Mandarin, and experienced in stock management. This position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsible for Billing process, issuance of Delivery Order and Sales Invoices. Liaise and coordinate with sales teams on order processing and delivery arrangement. Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery. Ensure all orders are delivered to customers within the timeframe.
Issue PO to vendor and follow up on the scheduled delivery.
Manual updates of stock balance in Excel. Coordinate with warehouse team on stock balance.
Attend to phone calls and email queries.
Any other duties assigned.
