Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinated with multiple departments:
    HR - Processed overtime, leave, housing address updates, and exit declarations.
    Finance - Managed staff claims.
    Facilities - Arranged security access passes.
  • Handled phone calls and emails professionally, ensuring clear communication.
  • Monitored and replenished inventory (e.g., gloves, safety vests, earplugs, stationery, and other assets).
Additional Duties
  • Maintained accurate records and prepared summary reports.
  • Retrieved and provided file information for stakeholders.
  • Compiled damaged tool reports and liaised with Maintenance on rework progress.
  • Processed purchase requests, tracked orders, and verified receipts.
  • Ensured compliance with office 6S standards and updated related materials.
  • Managed locker and shoe rack allocation with proper documentation.
  • Assisted colleagues and performed ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE "N" / "O" Level or Nitec qualification.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in data entry, document management, and Microsoft Office.
