Job summary
A leading company in Singapore is seeking an administrative professional. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, and processing purchase requests. Candidates should have a minimum of GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Nitec qualification and at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are required. This role operates during day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

- Coordinated with multiple departments:
HR – Processed overtime, leave, housing address updates, and exit declarations.
Finance – Managed staff claims.
Facilities – Arranged security access passes. - Handled phone calls and emails professionally, ensuring clear communication.
- Monitored and replenished inventory (e.g., gloves, safety vests, earplugs, stationery, and other assets).
Additional Duties
- Maintained accurate records and prepared summary reports.
- Retrieved and provided file information for stakeholders.
- Compiled damaged tool reports and liaised with Maintenance on rework progress.
- Processed purchase requests, tracked orders, and verified receipts.
- Ensured compliance with office 6S standards and updated related materials.
- Managed locker and shoe rack allocation with proper documentation.
- Assisted colleagues and performed ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level or Nitec qualification.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in a warehouse environment.
