A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant specializing in Document Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for digitising HR documents, organising physical files, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday with a monthly salary up to $2,655.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Only Singaporean applicants are eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Digitise HR documents and records.
  • Physically manage boxes of files using a trolley.
  • Sort and scan hardcopy documents.

Location & Compensation

Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge
Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: up to $2,655 per month
Contract duration: 6 months (with a possibility of extension)

Job Descriptions

Digitisation of HR documents and records (includes physical moving of boxes of files from store room to desk using trolley, sort and scan hardcopy documents, e-file documents, shred hardcopy documents)

Job Requirements
  • Only Singaporean.
  • GCE A Levels or Diploma in any related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experiences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
