Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage document schedules, client correspondence, and project support. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and familiarity with the MS Office suite. The office is located in Jurong Tuas.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Update document schedule, reports and certificates' register.
  • Download/Upload from client portals and update correspondence.
  • Organize and update project documents for compilation.
  • Assist Project Engineer to prepare and issue Purchase Requisition.
  • Administrative duties assigned by Project Engineer.

Job Description
  • Update document schedule, reports and certificates’ register, prepare submissions and issue transmittals to Client and contractors.
  • Download / Upload from client portals and update of all incoming / outgoing official correspondence of :-
  • Submittals and transmittals from Clients – including drawings, documents reviews reply sheets, acknowledgements of transmittals.
  • Issuance of client's drawings / documents to internal team members and maintain ALL transmittal records – by uploading to share server and issue circular to internal team members.
  • Issuance of drawings and documents from internal clients complete with transmittal to external parties of clients and contractors.
  • Organize and update ALL project documents for compilation.
  • Responsible to ensure that the project deliverable register is updated with latest revision of documents.
  • Assist Project Engineer to prepare and issue Purchase Requisition.
  • Administrative duties assigned by Project Engineer.
Job Requirement
