Overview
Job ID: 19795 | Location: Marine - 7 Benoi Road, SG
Responsible for assisting in the development of ILS deliverables for ILS programmes that meets customer requirements efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Document Management: Receive, transmit, file, and maintain documents, drawings, and project-related correspondence. Manage the documents for all project documents.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Assist in tracking and ensuring contractors submit documents.
- Record-Keeping and Data Entry: Maintain and update databases. Track important deadlines and manage data entry in E-Service systems.
- General Administrative Support: Schedule meetings and appointments. Maintain organized filing systems. Assist with office duties such as printing, scanning, and managing supplies.
Requirements
- Good proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in Document Control for engineering projects will be advantageous
- Good written, verbal communication skills in English is required
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally
- Able to work independently
- Willing to commit to 2 years contract

- Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
