We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin Assistant, Data Entry , to support our data entry project. The role will focus on updating and maintaining accurate records of M&E, Rehab, and Medical asset lists for our Centre-Based Services in the CAMS system. This is a 3-month contract position.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of M&E, Rehab, and Medical asset lists into the CAMS system.
  • Verify, update, and maintain asset records to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in checking asset details against source documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support administrative tasks related to asset documentation and record-keeping.
  • Work closely with the Centre-Based Services team to clarify and resolve discrepancies in data.
Job Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to completing tasks within the contract period.
