Job Scope
  • Handle daily office administration, filing, document control and data entry
  • Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and business correspondence
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and office supply inventory
  • Support HR tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding documents)
  • Process customer inquiries, orders, bookings and service requests
  • Maintain customer records, service logs and update CRM/ERP system
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) for service resolutions
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely follow‑up and support
  • Assist in procurement, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure accurate record‑keeping and timely reporting to management
  • Support ad‑hoc admin tasks, projects and customer service matters
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of admin experience
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, reliable, and enjoys helping others
