A staffing services company in Singapore is seeking an Administrator to assist with new joiner onboarding, support audit checks, and manage inventory. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience, excellent multi-tasking skills, and a positive working attitude. Working hours will vary based on roster needs, with potential weekend standby.

- Support team members to meet overall team objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new joiner onboarding tasks.
- Support Field Support Manager in audit check and administrative tasks.
- In-office support on issues related to setup, company phone, troubleshooting, and paperwork.
- Inventory management.

Job Scope
- Resposible for new joiner onboarding tasks
- Support Field Support Manager (FSM) in audit check and other administrative tasks
- In-office support on issues related to setup, company phone, troubleshooting and paperwork
- Support on issues related to company assets and tools
- Data entry
- Submit field audit reports
- Inventory management
- Support ad hoc or any other office admin duties assigned by field ops management
Job Qualifications
- N' level, certificate courses or diploma in any related field
- At least 2 years of administrator experience
- With excellent multi-tasking skills and with good working attitude
- Support team members to meet the overall team objectives
- Working Hours: 7am to 4pm OR 9am to 6pm (depending on planned roster for admin support in asset management). Open to work on weekend/PH on standby basis, if business requires
