Position: Accounts and Administrative Assistant (Construction)
  • Working days: 5 days (Mon to Fri) (subject to changes)
  • Working hours: 9am-5.30pm
  • Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Location: 100% WFH Basis
Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices to customers
  • Prepare salary to staffs
  • Simple Accounting Data Entry
  • Responding to email requests and inquiries
  • Sorting out chit orders of various companies according to dates and places.
  • General administrative duties
  • Maintain records of pass applications, approvals, and expiration dates to ensure timely renewals.
  • Assist with renewals of Vehicles Road Tax and insurance policies.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
