Job summary

A primary school in Singapore is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist. The role involves answering phone calls, attending to minor injuries of students, and assisting parents or contractors. Job description
Working Hours
  • Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
  • Service not required for the months of June and December
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, June and December.
Requirement
  • 3 GCE 'O' Level Passes or its equivalent
  • Positive attitude, pleasant disposition with good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Basic skills in MS Word and MS Excel
  • At least 2 years experience as a Office Assistant / Receptionist at the
  • General Office front counter in a primary school in the past 5 years (i.e. between 2021 to 2025)
Key Roles
  • Assist to answer phone calls when all other lines are busy
  • Attend to students' minor injuries (eg. apply cold pack or plasters)
  • Assist to attend to walk-in parents / contractors and re-direct them to relevant staff for assistance
  • Adhoc duties assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders
