Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking an Administrative Support professional for a 12-month contract in Singapore. Responsibilities include providing administrative support within Group Compliance, handling onboarding/offboarding, managing invoices, and coordinating meetings. Job description

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as onboarding/offboarding of staff, maintain office supplies, upkeep staff list, update centralised forms, maintain fixed asset listing, coordinate offsite archival requests, update internal SOP/user guides etc.
  • Assist with finance operational matters such as invoice processing and payment monitoring
  • Assist with annual/quarter/ad-hoc reviews within Group Compliance where required and provide administrative support for function wide meetings where necessary
  • Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT/facilities matters to resolve issues timely
  • Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance which includes meeting coordination, printing of materials and meeting room booking
  • Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in any field with admin or compliance admin experience
  • Good interpersonal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage work tasks with numerous stakeholders, as well as deliver results within tight timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
