  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $1,800 - $2,400 per month
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet walk-in clients and offer refreshments in a polite, professional manner.
  • Keep the pantry, meeting rooms, and office clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Arrange courier services (e.g., for documents, samples, color proofs) and plan delivery schedules with the company driver.
  • Collect daily mail from the letterbox, record the date/time received, and distribute it to the right departments.
  • Ensure all outgoing letters and documents are sent on the same day.
  • Maintain accurate system records of all incoming and outgoing mail (e.g., payment entries, dispatch logs).
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Purchase and manage office supplies, stationery, beverages, and pantry items.
  • Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment (e.g., printers, photocopiers).
  • Assist the Project Manager with Permit to Work (PTW) applications and follow up with mall management or relevant authorities for timely approval.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks or projects assigned by management.
