  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Pioneer (Transport provided from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchases and maintenance for factory, warehouse, and office supplies, including maintenance and repairs for equipment like cranes, air-conditioning, vehicles, and more.
  • Issue purchase orders, verify delivery orders, and match them with invoices.
  • Create and update records for equipment and vehicle maintenance.
  • Arrange payments for maintenance, servicing, and various purchases.
  • Handle daily office tasks, such as phone calls, mail, and welcoming visitors.
  • Coordinate and liaise for renewal of licenses
  • Maintain records in systems like SAP and/or Excel.
  • Inspect records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP Accounts is a plus.
