Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant for a permanent role based in Kallang. You will handle invoicing, order processing, and maintain records with accuracy.   • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure all invoices comply with company procedures and financial regulations.
  • Collect and process orders from customers who call in
  • Verify order information to ensure all specifications and requests are captured correctly.
  • Contact clients to request quotations
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers or service providers
  • Generate work orders and delivery orders as required by business processes
  • Organize and arrange delivery schedules to ensure timely transportation of goods
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing transactions.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
