Admin Assistant (6 months contract- potentially convertible to permanent role)
Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Communication and coordination abilities
- High level of integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple verification tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Attendance & Timesheet Management
- To ensure accurate verification of staff attendance and overtime claims, and to monitor workplace activity to support operational integrity and compliance
- Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.
- Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.
- Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.
- Monitor staff work behavior and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
- Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
- Generate and analyze timely and accurate reporting.
- Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/ misconduct.
- Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
Salary: $3000/ month
Location: Pandan Road
Working hours
- 5 days work week
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am- 5.30pm
Transport
- There is a company bus departing near Clementi MRT station at 8.10am to bring staff to the office and a return company bus trip back to Clementi in the evening
