Job summary

A leading offshore company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional for attendance and timesheet management. The ideal candidate will verify biometric attendance records, monitor compliance via CCTV, and ensure accurate payroll processing. Candidates with a diploma in business administration or related fields and prior experience in attendance verification are preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Verify daily biometric attendance records.

  • Maintain organized records for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff compliance with workplace policies via CCTV.
  • Identify discrepancies and investigate attendance record violations.
  • Generate and analyze timely reporting.
  • Support investigations related to attendance and misconduct.
  • Report inconsistencies to HR management.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource
  • Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Attendance & Timesheet Management

  • Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.
  • Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff work behavior and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
  • Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
  • Generate and analyze timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/misconduct.
  • Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
