What you'll do
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business unit by efficiently managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation to ensure all operations run smoothly.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics for bankers and team members, including booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Process expense reports accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement for staff.
  • Perform general office administration duties such as maintaining office supplies, overseeing equipment functionality, and liaising with vendors as needed.
  • Work closely with IT desk/floor support to guarantee all phones, computers, and related technology are functioning optimally for uninterrupted workflow.
  • Manage seating plans for new hires and assist with planned moves within the office to facilitate smooth transitions and optimal workspace allocation.
  • Support visiting team members from other offices by organising local logistics, providing orientation, and addressing any immediate needs during their stay.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to contribute wherever required.
  • Maintain accurate records of office assets and supplies while proactively identifying areas for process improvement or cost savings.
  • Foster positive relationships across departments by acting as a reliable point of contact for administrative queries and requests.
