Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for managers or teams.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
