A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Support personnel to assist the IT Service Centre team. Qualifications

  • Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any discipline, IT-related background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT Service Centre team.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to follow up on service requests or issues.
  • Assist in scheduling and tracking IT service jobs and updates.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and basic inventory or parts tracking.
  • Attend to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain good rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

  • Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.30pm)

  • Basic salary up $2600 +VB

  • East area (Kaki Bukit)

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT Service Centre team.
