Job summary

A leading telemarketing firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for customer service and telemarketing duties. You will be responsible for answering customer enquiries, conducting outbound calls, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Answer enquiries to customers by telephone call / text or email.
  • Telemarketing - conduct outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Prepare and generate quotation, delivery order and invoice.
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.
  • Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for client’s order & account status.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales & customer service is required.
  • Proactive and positive working attitude.
  • Meticulous with good organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to multi tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • 5.5 days on Alternate Saturday.
