About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The role involves shadowing the existing Admin Executive to understand the company’s administrative processes, and providing full support in daily operations. You will also be responsible for independently managing the duties during the Executive’s absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shadow and assist the existing Admin Executive in daily administrative operations.
  • Handle documentation, filing, data entry, and general correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, courier arrangements, and coordination with vendors and staff.
  • Support HR and project-related administrative tasks when needed.
  • Take over and perform all administrative functions during staff absence or leave.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business / Office Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
