- Pinnally PAC is a public accounting firm established in June 2016. It is incorporated with limited liability. The firm was set up by Raynen Tang to combine the resources from other individual practitioners and strike to grow and serve our clients better. Apart from the core business of auditing and assurance offered from us, we have joint associated firms which provide internal audit, business advisory, accounting, taxation and secretarial services. We are in people business and we value our professional colleagues to work together to bring their “tip top” service to our clients. The word “Pinnally” is the combination word of “Pinnale Ally” subsequent received a complaint from other firm that we carried the same “Pinnacle” as theirs. The word “Pinnacle” was selected as our name as it represents our beliefs in being passionate, enthusiastic and committed in what we do and bring the “tip top” service to our clients. “Ally” meant for we all work together with colleagues, associate partners, clients, suppliers. Our values are also encompassed in our Tag Line: “Inspiring Individuals, Building Businesses.” Our team and associate partners, comprising mostly of chartered accountants and graduate accountants. We have built up our capabilities, and we have a wealth of experience and a vast clientele network to serve our clients to their individual needs and meet their expectation to our services to be rendered. Job Summary (Part-Time basis - 2 or 3 days a week)
Pinnally PAC is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team at Paya Lebar Square on a part-time basis. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our office and assisting our auditor with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to auditors by arranging courier and logistic services for document delivery between clients and the office
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally to ensure timely and clear communication
- Maintain and organise office files and records to ensure easy access and accurate information management
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents to support audit and office activities
- Perform general administrative duties to support the team’s daily operations and efficiency
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and edit documents and presentations
- Adapt to changing work demands and multitask to support various administrative needs
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure high-quality support and accurate documentation
