Responsibilities


  • Receive and direct telephone calls, retrieve incoming faxes and emails, coordinate visitors and guests to meetings, and provide administrative support to head-office.

  • Maintain general records, stationery and office equipment.

  • Ensure replenishment of office supplies (stationery, refreshments, toiletries, etc.).

  • Liaise with suppliers, source quotations, and arrange printing of letterheads, name cards, etc.

  • Arrange for dispatch of documents and materials.

  • Perform HR duties when required.

  • Submit daily reports to the reporting manager in a timely manner.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
