Job summary

A local engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage various administrative and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Tally and MS Office. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred. This role offers a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update worker timesheets accurately on a regular basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll and ensure timely submission.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and related accounting documents.
  • Assist in renewal and application of workers’ permits and passes.
  • Support general administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with management, suppliers, and workers for day-to-day operational matters.

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of handling a range of administrative and HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities
